Yesterday´s view from my office window

Before yesterday, I did not remember tha last time I saw a rainbow. It was such a beautiful surprise when yesterday, after a small rain in the city I looked outside my window and saw this spectacular rainbow all over the eastern hills of Bogotá. Happy weekend!

Love on the Streets - a propo of St. Valentin´s day

St. Valentin´s day (even if worldwide known) is not precisely "the most celebrated day" in Colombia, we celebrate the love "day" in the month of September ... still today I found a very nice set of stories - actually videos - narrated by former homeless and current homeless people ...

"Love that brings you to the streets" and "Love that takes you out of the streets" are two of the most impressive and touching stories ... (all in spanish)

Increasing the presence of the spanish language on the web?

Click on http://realacademiaespañola.es/ and you´ll notice that using the spanish language charachter ñ is completely valid in this domain.

The incorporation of the ñ letter on the net was possible thanks to a partnership between the RAE (Real Academia Española) and www.red.es - this last being an organization that belongs to the Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Trourism of Spain and that also works for the positioning of the spanish language on the internet.

The are projects on the pipeline to allow the use of the spanish accents (´) and portuguese letters as "ç".

Less "Power Point" and more "Power People"
